Ivy Accounting & Advisory was created to keep the financial side of your business organised and running smoothly, so you can focus on what you do best.

My name is Jana Ivanov. I'm a CPA, Registered Tax Agent and Xero Certified Advisor, and I've worked with Australian small businesses since 2010 across accounting, tax, business advice and Virtual CFO-style support.

I take the time to understand not just your business, but the personal goals behind it, because for most people, their business exists to support their life, not define it. That's the lens I bring to every conversation, no jargon, just clear advice you can actually act on.

I work with Australian business owners who want the financial side of their business to feel organised, structured and under control. Many of my clients are sole traders or partnerships who have outgrown their current structure and are looking optimise. I also assist businesses who have outgrown “doing it all themselves” and want clear advice as they take the next steps, whether that’s improving cash flow, minimising tax, putting on their first employee, or planning ahead more confidently.

My fees are tailored to each client, based on the level of support you need and the complexity of your business. I’ll always talk pricing through clearly and upfront. Most clients are on an agreed package, so there are no surprises and you know what to expect.

Yes, I offer a complimentary initial call to see if we’re a good fit. It’s a relaxed conversation where you can tell me about your business, what you’re working towards, and where you might need support.

There’s no pressure and no obligation, it’s simply a chance to talk things through and see if working together makes sense.
