My name is Jana Ivanov, and I’ve worked with Australian small businesses since 2010. I’m a CPA, Registered Tax Agent, and Xero Certified Advisor, with experience across accounting, tax, business advice and Virtual CFO-style support.

I help business owners make sense of their numbers, stay on top of their obligations, and feel confident in their decisions, without jargon or unnecessary complexity. I take the time to understand not just your business, but the personal goals behind it, because for most people, their business exists to support their life, not define it.

My fees are tailored to each client, based on the level of support you need and the complexity of your business. I’ll always talk pricing through clearly and upfront. Most clients are on an agreed package, so there are no surprises and you know what to expect.
